Welcome to ML Hospitality. By booking accommodation, using our services, or visiting our website (www.mlhospitality.co.za), you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. Please read them carefully before confirming your reservation.


1. Booking Policy

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

  • A valid ID or passport is required upon check-in.

  • Guests must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation.

  • Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking, depending on the property and offer selected.


2. Payment Terms

  • Payments can be made via credit card, debit card, or approved electronic transfer.

  • All rates are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

  • ML Hospitality reserves the right to cancel any booking if payment is not received within the required time.


3. Check-In and Check-Out

  • Check-in: From 3:00 PM (unless otherwise arranged).

  • Check-out: By 10:00 AM.

  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional fees.


4. Guest Responsibilities

By staying with ML Hospitality, guests agree to:

  • Treat the property and its contents with care.

  • Refrain from engaging in illegal activities or disruptive behaviour.

  • Respect other guests and building residents.

  • Report any damages or maintenance issues immediately.

Any damage, loss, or excessive cleaning required may result in additional charges.


5. Facilities & Services

While we aim to ensure all listed amenities are available, certain facilities (such as pools, gyms, or Wi-Fi) may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance or external factors beyond our control.
ML Hospitality will not be held liable for such temporary unavailability.


6. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations and refund requests are subject to our Refunds & Cancellations Policy. Please review that section for full details before booking.


7. Liability

  • ML Hospitality is not responsible for any loss, theft, damage, or injury that occurs during your stay, except in cases of proven negligence.

  • Guests are encouraged to use safes where provided and secure their belongings.

  • ML Hospitality is not liable for events beyond our control, such as power outages, load shedding, water interruptions, or weather-related disruptions.


8. Smoking & Pets

  • All properties are non-smoking indoors. Designated smoking areas are available where permitted.

  • Pets are not allowed unless explicitly stated and approved in advance.


9. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Personal information collected during the booking process is used solely for reservation and communication purposes.
We do not share your information with third parties except as required by law or necessary to fulfil your booking.

10. Right of Admission

ML Hospitality reserves the right of admission and may cancel or refuse a booking if a guest’s behaviour poses a risk to staff, property, or other guests.


11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts.
